The Redevelopment Agency (RDA) was established in 1990 to revitalize specific areas in North Las Vegas to resolve neglected and underdeveloped properties. The RDA works with developers, property owners and the community to transform these areas. Our goal is to:

  • Eliminate blight through beautification programs

  • Diversify and strengthen the economy

  • Ensure orderly rehabilitation and development of property

  • Create jobs in areas where incomes fall below the living wage

  • Develop multi-cultural shopping centers

  • Champion Neighborhood Clean-up Programs

The RDA operates as a legally distinct entity from the City of North Las Vegas. The RDA Board consists of the City’s Council Members, who are responsible for approving projects, contracts, and incentive programs during their public meetings. To learn more about the RDA Board Meetings, click here.
