Hoopla is a digital media service that lets you borrow movies, music, comics and tv shows for enjoyment on your computer, tablet, phone, or even your TV! With no waiting periods, you can stream titles instantly or download them to your device for offline access. With your North Las Vegas Library card, you can borrow up to ten titles each month.
